Yulisa Leon has returned to action.
Leon appeared with Valentina Feroz on Friday night’s episode of WWE SmackDown as the duo battled NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions Isla Dawn and Alba Fyre in a losing effort.
Leon is fighting for the first time since September 2022, when she was sidelined due to a knee injury. Leon had surgery to correct the problem.
It’s unclear whether Leon and Feroz were making a one-time SmackDown appearance or if they’re part of the blue brand’s official roster.
Feroz responded to Leon’s return on Twitter.
She stated, “OMG, WE ARE BACK, After 9 months we are back! I don’t have words to describe how happy I’m and how grateful we are for all the love! Thank you to everyone who supports us, it’s amazing to see how two latinas can crush the world together, YEEEES, YOUR FAVORITE TAG TEAM !”
