Indy wrestler Ben Carter recently appeared on AEW’s Late Night Dynamite special as well as AEW Dark. According to Fightful.com, WWE is interested in signing Carter to the NXT brand. WWE was reportedly in contact with Carter but it’s unknown how far the talks went. Other promotions are said to be interested in Carter’s services as well.
In an interview with WrestlingInc.com, Carter commented on his future in wrestling:
“So if I’m perfectly honest, I haven’t a clue. No clue. I think whatever comes next, I think it’s going to be a lot of fun, and it’s going to be all kinds of what I’ve ever really wanted. It’s all been just such a crazy experience, but in terms of what comes next man, I can’t really disclose anything because I don’t know. So I guess you guys will have to stay tuned.”
Carter trained at the Black and Brave Wrestling Academy where Seth Rollins is one of the head trainers.
