WWE Makes Production Change For Tonight’s SmackDown

WWE is airing a jam-packed episode of SmackDown Live from Madison Square Garden in New York, with several matches scheduled.

WWE has already confirmed the Women’s Money in the Bank qualifying matches between Jade Cargill, Tiffany Stratton, Candice LeRae, Naomi, Blair Davenport, and Indi Hartwell. Logan Paul will also face LA Knight and Santos Escobar in a Men’s Money in the Bank qualifying match.

Finally, WWE has confirmed a Bloodline Recognition Ceremony for Jacob Fatu. This is one week after Fatu’s debut. Fatu saved Solo Sikoa on last Friday’s episode of SmackDown. He laid out Cody Rhodes and Kevin Owens before landing a splash off the top rope that sent Rhodes through the announce table.

According to WrestleTix, WWE has decided to use a smaller stage setup for the show, as they have for larger TV events, due to high ticket demand. The show has sold 16,646 tickets, with 1,014 remaining.

They sold 766 tickets in the past week alone. More information about the show will be announced throughout the day.
