WWE filed two trademarks as of October 8th, 2022, “Uncle Howdy” and “Uncle Harper.” It is currently uncertain how WWE intends to use the names in the future. It has been noted that “Uncle Howdy” sounds similar to “Captain Howdy,” the nickname for the demon Pazuzu in the film The Exorcist who possesses the young child Regan.
