As PWMania.com previously reported, Patrick Clark (The Velveteen Dream) was arrested in August, and TMZ has posted the arrest video.

In the video, Orlando Police can be seen taking him into custody after Clark is seen allegedly biting and punching a gym employee. According to the video, Clark told police that he did not commit battery and that they should allow him to call a lawyer.

On the way to the police station, Clark is heard yelling at officers in the video, admitting to being “a little drunk.” He also repeatedly tells the officer that he was never read his Miranda Rights, that his lawyer will file a lawsuit, and that he is a “WWE wrestler,” all of which are audible.

In the end, Clark was charged with two misdemeanor counts of battery and trespassing. The case “was disposed” in September, according to TMZ, after the alleged victim indicated he “did not wish to prosecute.”
