According to a new SEC filing, Vince McMahon is selling 5,350,000 shares of his TKO stock.
The shares are valued at $411,950,000.00, and the deal is being brokered by Morgan Stanley.
McMahon still has approximately 15-million shares of TKO Group stock remaining.
