Corey Graves’ brother, Sam Adonis, competed at Sunday night’s AAA Rey de Reyes event in a AAA World Tag Team Championship 3-Way Match but came up short.
During the match, Adonis botched a highly dangerous move from the ring to the floor, which resulted in his face hitting the ropes and the ring apron hard on his way down. As a result, Adonis suffered a dislocated jaw, a broken nose, and 13 stitches in his lip.
Adonis took to his Twitter (X) account shortly following the event and commented on the nasty fall.
Adonis wrote, “Started the night as 1/2 of the AAA Tag Team Champions with Jeff Jarrett. Ended the night with a dislocated jaw, broken nose and 13 stitches in my lip! Sadly, I will 1000% be the MVP of the next Botchamania 😭😭😭.”
