A new trailer for the thriller film “Dune: Part Two,” starring former WWE Champion Dave Bautista, has been released. Glossu Rabban, the brutish nephew of Baron Harkonnen, is played by the future WWE Hall of Famer.
The film was written by Villeneuve and Jon Spaihts and produced by Mary Parent, Cale Boyter, Patrick McCormick, Denis Villeneuve, and Tanya Lapointe.
The first film grossed $402 million at the box office.
Javier Bardem, Josh Brolin, Oscar Isaac, Zendaya, Stellan Skarsgard, and Jason Momoa reprise their roles from the original film. For the sequel, Austin Butler, Florence Pugh, Christopher Walken, and Léa Seydoux have joined the cast.
The following is the synopsis for the film, directed by Villeneuve: “Paul Atreides unites with Chani and the Fremen while seeking revenge against the conspirators who destroyed his family. Facing a choice between the love of his life and the fate of the universe, he must prevent a terrible future only he can foresee.”
The film is set to be released on March 1, 2024.
