Following the success of the 2023 WWE Backlash PLE in San Juan, Puerto Rico, internet speculation has centered on various international cities being considered to host future WWE events.
The Wrestling Observer Newletter’s Dave Meltzer noted the following about one potential location:
“The idea of doing a major show in Perth, Western Australia, with the local tourism group co-promoting it has gotten more serious as WWE officials went to Perth to discuss such a show and it would be a PPV event.”
Becky Lynch mentioned the possibility of WWE holding a stadium event in Dublin, Ireland, while speaking with Mark Andrews on My Love Letter to Wrestling.
Santos Escobar has publicly discussed the possibility of a major WWE event taking place in Mexico.
