The main event of this past Wednesday night’s episode of AEW Dynamite saw Blackpool Combat Club (“The American Dragon” Bryan Danielson and Claudio Castagnoli) take on AEW International Champion “Freshly Squeezed” Orange Cassidy and “The Rainmaker” Kazuchika Okada in Tag Team action, with Danielson and Castagnoli picking up the massive win.
Immediately following the match, officials were checking on Danielson, who was seen clutching his jaw due to the impact of an Orange Punch from Cassidy and a Rainmaker from Okada.
AEW President and CEO Tony Khan recently took to his official Twitter (X) account and revealed that Danielson was able to make his way to the backstage area on his own power and without any assistance.
