During a post-NXT UK Takeover PPV interview, Triple H stated that there is a lot of competition right now which was a reference to AEW All Out and NJPW’s Royal Quest event in London, England. Triple H said the NXT UK superstars wanted to show the world what they are all about.
“There is a lot of competition tonight, these guys and girls showed the world that this is their brand. There are others here in this country [NJPW] they are just renting a spot. They [NXT] walked in here with one goal… ‘follow that.’ Follow that my friends.”
