Wrestling Revolver announced that TNA X-Division Champion “Speedball” Mike Bailey will defend his title against Matthew Palmer at their Tales From The Ring event on Saturday, September 21st.
Bailey won the title at TNA Victory Road, defeating The Rascalz’s Zachary Wentz to retain his title.
