WWE loves to make history and they were touting the 50-Man Battle Royal at WWE Super ShowDown in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia as “the largest Battle Royal Match ever.” Putting 50 men in at the same time to start the match was enough that Michael Cole said the ring needed to be reinforced to prevent it from collapsing.
In all the excitement, WWE lost count of the number of the participants. The Battle Royal Match won by Mansoor at King Abdullah Sports City Stadium made even more history than planned. PWInsider points out the 50-Man Battle Royal actually had 51 participants.
