The Rock And Chris Evans’ ‘Red One’ Gets Official Amazon Prime Release Date

Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson and Chris Evans co-star in the thriller “Red One,” which was released in theaters last month and will soon be available on Amazon Prime.

It’s directed by Jake Kasdan, who worked with The Rock on “Jumanji,” and written by Chris Morgan, who collaborated with The Rock on the Fast and Furious spinoff film “Hobbs & Shaw.” J.K. Simmons, Lucy Liu, Kiernan Shipka, Bonnie Hunt, Kristofer Hivju, Nick Kroll, Mary Elizabeth Ellis, and Wesley Kimmel all appear in the film.

It is produced by The Rock, Dany Garcia, and Hiram Garcia of Seven Bucks Productions and Amazon MGM Studios. The picture had an exclusive global theatrical release, grossing $163 million internationally and $85 million domestically.

It will be offered to Amazon Prime on December 12th.
