Immediately following Monday night’s post-WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event episode of RAW from the TD Garden Arena in Boston, Massachusetts, the company taped next week (the December 23rd) episode of the show. Full spoilers are below.
– “The Scottish Warrior” Drew McIntyre cuts a promo and says he’s going to take what he deserves. McIntyre then targets Roman Reigns and CM Punk, and he criticizes the fans for cheering them. Sami Zayn then interrupts, and they go back and forth. They then brawl, and when McIntyre gains the upper hand, Jey Uso makes the save. Uso and Zayn then fight McIntyre off.
– Damage CTRL’s IYO SKY (replacing Kairi Sane) defeated Natalya and The Unholy Union’s Alba Fyre in a WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship Tournament First Round Triple Threat Match.
– Alpha Academy (Otis, Akira Tozawa and Maxxine Dupri) and R-Truth appear backstage, as do “The Bruiserweight” Pete Dunne and American Made (Chad Gable, Ivy Nile, Brutus Creed and Julius Creed). The Judgment Day also appear during the segment.
– American Made’s Chad Gable defeated Alpha Academy’s Akira Tozawa via submission after he refuses to release a submission hold until Otis makes the save.
– Damian Priest defeated The Judgment Day’s “Dirty” Dominik Mysterio. During the match, Priest puts JD McDonagh, who was dressed as Santa Claus, down. After the match, The Judgment Day attacks Damian Priest.
– The Wyatt Sicks’ Dexter Lumis defeated The Miz via DQ when The Final Testament gets involved. After the match, The Wyatt Sicks makes the save.
– The New Day (Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods) cuts a promo and says they have issues with Joe Tessitore and Wade Barrett. Kingston and Woods then call out Barrett, saying that just like Big E, he will never wrestle again. Kingston then points out his mom in the crowd, and she disavows him.
– “The Scottish Warrior” Drew McIntyre defeated Sami Zayn. The new Bloodline (Jacob Fatu, Tama Tonga, and Solo Sikoa) then make their way out after the match and attack Jey Uso and Sami Zayn. Uso and Zayn are checked on by medical staff as the show comes to a close.
