The following results are from Saturday’s SCWPro Hawkamania XLII: Genesis event at the Wildwood Smokehouse and Saloon in Iowa City, Iowa:
– Dante Leon defeated Malik Champion in a Singles Match.
– Lonzo Romero defeated James Thomas, Dominik Zagreus, Jared Thumb and JT Energy in a 5-Way Match to determine the #1 Contender for the SCWPro QC Cup. After the match, James Thomas brutally attacked Lonzo and called out Ript Studwell. Thomas demanded a shot at the cup anyways. Ript said he will give Thomas a shot if Brandon Becker beat him tonight.
– Brandon Becker defeated Ript Studwell in a Singles Match.
– Johnny Wisdom defeated Augustus Draven in a Singles Match.
– John Bonhart (c) defeated Corn Boi to retain his SCWPro Iowa Championship. After the match, Bonhart issued an open challenge for February 7th, which was accepted in a video by The Frontman Jah-C.
– Dustan Moseley cut a promo, saying he was betrayed by the fans when they cheered Deonn Rusman for throwing him out. Moseley then called out Rusman even though he knew he wasn’t there.
– Dustan Moseley defeated Jack Reaper in a Singles Match.
– “The Shug” Shane Hollister defeated Carlos Oliva with the #1 Contendership on the line.
– Rizzky Bizzness (Calvin Kelly and Cash Kennedy) defeated Jax-Amore (Casey Jax and Tigre Amore) (c) in a Ladder Match to become the new SCWPro Tag Team Champions.
