Neck-health awareness almost got a lot more serious on Friday night.
Roderick Strong had a scary spot during his AEW Rampage match against Action Andretti on Friday night at the Kia Forum in Inglewood, CA.
The scary spot saw Strong take an awkward landing directly on top of his head during a Spanish Fly from Andretti. The match was immediately stopped and the ring filled up with people to check on both guys, with fear of Strong suffering a serious injury.
As seen during the show, Strong was able to finish the match, which he would go on to win seconds later. According to early word coming out of the show last night, Strong is said to be okay.
