Last week’s episode of AEW Dynamite saw a #1 Contender’s 4-Way Matchup take place between current ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Champion “The Machine” Brian Cage, Trent Beretta, Bryan Keith and reigning AAA Mega Champion El Hijo del Vikingo, where the winner moved on to challenge AEW International Champion “Freshly Squeezed” Orange Cassidy on this past Saturday night’s episode of Collision.
Beretta ended up winning the 4-Way Match, but came up short against Cassidy in the title bout on this past Saturday’s Collision, while Cage took to his Instagram and posted a video, showing off the nasty bruises he sustained in the #1 Contender’s Match on Dynamite.
Cage wrote, ”Welllllll, I may or may not have gotten a “boo boo” last Wednesday night on Dynamite…..but I’m not a man, I’m a machine! And the show must go on. #takencareofbusiness #machine #cantstopwontstop #cantbereasonedwith #itsnotballet.”
