GCW (Game Changer Wrestling) held their The People vs. GCW PPV last night at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City. TNA Digital Media and International Wrestling Heavyweight Champion PCO competed in the Kick-Off Rumble and ended up winning the match. After the match, PCO pulled out the Digital Media Championship and hit it with a sledgehammer, after which he began to cut a promo before the show cut to an ad.
According to Fightful Select, sources within GCW said PCO went into business for himself, and they had no idea what was happening. These same sources also said the TNA star made it sound like he was doing something that was part of his storyline for the next TNA TV tapings and quickly realized that wasn’t the case.
The report also mentioned that sources in TNA were shocked and revealed that PCO’s contract with the company expired at the end of 2024. He was supposed to finish up at the next tapings, but it was then noted that PCO is not expected back in the company.
