NJPW (New Japan Pro Wrestling) announced several international PPV events in the United States this year, including the Battle in the Valley event on Saturday, January 11th, and the Windy City Riot event on Friday, April 11th, in Chicago, Illinois. The latter will mark Hiroshi Tanahashi’s final match in the U.S.
The promotion will also be holding their Resurgence event on Friday, May 9th, from the Toyota Arena in Ontario, California, and the NJPW x AEW Forbidden Door PPV on Sunday, August 24th, in London.
