Sunday night’s AEW Revolution PPV saw Mercedes Moné retain her TBS Championship over Momo Watanabe in a highly physical match.
According to PWInsider.com, Watanabe was carried to the back following the match and it appears that she may have injured her ankle when coming off the ropes late in the bout.
There’s no word yet on how serious the injury is or if she will take some time off, but we will provide updates once they become available.
