AEW star Miro recently spoke with Bill Apter for Sportskeeda WrestleBinge for an interview covering all things pro wrestling. During the discussion, Miro talked about his injuries:
“I have a shoulder injury and elbow injury that occurred late last year so I finally took care of it late January. I got a whole bunch of shots and now I’m recovering, rehabbing, and coming back stronger than ever.”
On why he likes wrestling in AEW:
“I love the freedom of styles that we have. We have people from Mexico, from Japan, from Bulgaria, from England. Just come in and bring your style and fight the way you want to, which is what brought me to this company in the first place is that freedom that you get.”
On what it’s like working with Tony Khan:
“Tony is great. He’s creative. His mind always thinks about wrestling. He’s always thinking about how to get things better, so I respect that. I respect that he loves wrestling all his life and now he’s carried that to the second or one of the biggest companies in the world.”
