Liv Morgan Comments On The WWE Creative Direction Under Triple H

Liv Morgan appeared on Rusic & Rose on The Big Show to discuss how the WWE creative process has changed now that Triple H is in charge and Vince McMahon has left the company, among other topics.

WWE’s business has grown significantly since the creative change two years ago. This covers all key metrics, including fan interest. Morgan has also had a successful year in 2024, with her Women’s World Title defense against Rhea Ripley scheduled for SummerSlam.

Morgan stated, “Working with Triple H has been amazing. I grew up a huge fan, but I never thought someone I idolized would one day be my boss and I’d be under his guidance and tutelage. He’s so helpful with any questions that I have or anything I’m thinking. He’s always open to listen and to help me out. I couldn’t be more grateful for that. I walk into work so excited every single week to see what kind of shenanigans we’re going to get into. It’s a very happy, open, creative atmosphere that I think all of my co-workers appreciate as well. It’s been nothing short of amazing and fun. So, I’m looking forward to showing up to work this Monday and seeing what we’re going to get into, so watch us.”

Morgan recalled watching WWE when she was five years old, and it served as an escape. She had always hoped to make it to WWE, but she wasn’t sure if it would happen. She is grateful for the opportunity to live her dream and experiences “pinch me” moments every day because of how unique it is.

Morgan added that she has grown tremendously since her first Women’s Title reign, as she did not know everything she thought she did at the time.
