Former multi-time WWE Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair suffered an injury during her match with Asuka on last Friday night’s Tribute To The Troops episode of SmackDown from Providence, Rhode Island when she fell from the top rope while working on Asuka and banged up her knee pretty badly.
PWInsider.com reports that Flair has been sent home to Florida, where she is awaiting a full medical evaluation.
It was also mentioned on the report that there is still no word on the severity of Flair’s injury, but WWE is attempting to set her up with the best medical care to assess the damage.
