Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com is reporting that Lead WWE Smackdown writer Ryan Ward has taken a leave of absence from the company due to getting married.
Johnson also noted the following regarding the WWE brand split:
“Talents had been told there would be stronger boundaries between the brands come this Fall, so that makes sense. We have been given the impression the Wild Card rule will end up eliminated as well, but things change on a whim in that company.”
