The Hardys have been removed from the big Ladder Match previously scheduled for Wednesday’s Roag Rager edition of AEW Dynamite on TBS.
Hardy was arrested late Sunday night near Daytona Beach, Florida, on felony DUI and misdemeanour licencing charges, as PWMania.com previously reported. He is still being held in Volusia County, Florida, and is scheduled to appear in front of a judge tomorrow at 1:30 p.m. The original story can be found by clicking here, and full details on the arrest and why police stopped Hardy in the first place by clicking here.
The Triple Threat Ladder Match for Wednesday’s Dynamite has been removed from AEW’s advertising.
The Hardys and The Young Bucks were supposed to face AEW World Tag Team Champions Jurassic Express in a ladder match with the belts on the line, but it appears that the match is being changed, or potentially scrapped altogether.
AEW was still promoting the Triple Threat as of 12:30 p.m. ET, roughly 20-30 minutes before we broke the news of the arrest on PWMania.com. The only matches now advertised are Ethan Page vs. Miro in the AEW All-Atlantic Title Qualifier, Wardlow vs. “Class Action” Plaintiffs in the 20-on-1 Handicap Elimination Match, and Chris Jericho vs. Ortiz in the Hair vs. Hair bout.

As of this writing, AEW has not publicly commented on Hardy’s situation, and neither have The Hardys.
The Hardys are still scheduled to meet Dragon Lee and Dralistico this Saturday, June 18 at AAA’s Triplemania XXX event in Tijuana, Mexico.
