Top AEW star and pro wrestling veteran Kenny Omega has been out of in-ring action for several months after undergoing diverticulitis surgery.
Fellow AEW star and Omega’s long-time tag team partner Kota Ibushi appeared on Yuji Nagata’s YouTube channel to provide an update on Omega’s status with the company and his potential return to the company. According to Ibushi, it will take about two to three more months before Omega can return to action.
Omega has recently returned to in-ring training, however Ibushi revealed that his Golden Lovers tag team partner doesn’t have a timeframe in mind and has been struggling with some issues.
