
After an extended hiatus, Kid Kash is officially returning to the ring.
The ECW, WWE, and TNA veteran, whose real name is David Tyler Cash, originally broke into the wrestling business in 1989 and became one of the most dynamic junior heavyweights in the industry.
Kash built his legacy across multiple promotions, winning the ECW World Television Championship, the WWE Cruiserweight Championship, the TNA X Division Championship, and the NWA World Tag Team Championships. His high-flying, hard-hitting style made him a standout competitor, earning him recognition as one of the most exciting junior heavyweights of his era.
Kid Kash initially retired in 2016 due to injuries and health concerns, undergoing multiple replacement surgeries before stepping away from the ring.
However, he briefly returned before retiring again in 2020.
Now, he has officially announced his comeback, confirming the news via Twitter/X.
Kid Kash’s statement on his return can be read below:
I retired in 2017 do to Mounting injuries and reoccurring fast injuries that at that point just needed to treated, healed, and rehabbed. Over the years I've had the replacement surgeries and rehabbed that my body desperately needed. I'm announcing that I am now accepting Bookings
