Is CM Punk a draw?
A consensus seems to be forming that if he ever was, he isn’t any longer.
Kevin Nash addressed this criticism during the latest installment of his “Kliq This” podcast when discussing the Trios main event for the series premiere of AEW Collision in Punk’s hometown of Chicago, Ill. this coming Saturday night at 8/7c on TNT.
“They’re throwing Phil [“CM Punk” Brooks] under the bus like ‘Oh, he can’t draw,'” Nash stated. “It’s not like he’s costing you ticket sales.”
Nash continued, “Never for one moment did I ever think he wasn’t going to show up… I think it might do well. It’s summertime, though.”
