Kaizen Pro Wrestling has announced it’s first event of 2023 as the promotion will be returning to Alderney Landing Theatre in Darmouth, Nova Scotia on January 7th.
The Kaizen Pro Wrestling Champion Remi Petit will have a new challenger gunning for his title at the conclusion of the January 7th event.
Kaizen Pro Wrestling has announced that there will be a Battle Royale and the winner will be crowned the new #1 contender for the Kaizen Pro Wrestling Title.
This will be the first time Kaizen Pro Wrestling will be holding a Battle Royale within the promotion.
Kaizen has revealed many of the entrants that will be competing in the Battle Royale. Some of the names announced for the Battle Royale include: Former Kaizen Pro Wrestling Champion Covey Christ, Mya Malek, Ian Pratt, “Cannonball” Justine Ward, Bobby Boyette, Andrew Love, Benoit Gravel, Daniel Wall, Ryan Dennim, Draven, Joey White, Kimba, and Ryan Cleary.
Kaizen Pro Wrestling has teased a few surprise entrants as well.
In response to the Battle Royale announcement, indy star Ian Pratt responded on social media that he now has “an itemized list of who to destroy”. Pratt is one of the early favorites to win the Battle Royale and become the new#1 contender.
It appears Kaizen Pro Wrestling fan favourite Mya Malek will be making her long awaited return after suffering a broken clavicle. With Malek in the match, she is also considered one of the early favorites to end up as the new #1 contender.
Regardless of who wins the first ever Kaizen Pro Wrestling Battle Royale, you can bet the current champion Remi Petit will be watching this match very closely.
