WWE NXT Champion Ilja Dragunov recently appeared on an episode of Haus of Wrestling, where he talked about a number of topics including how his match against Carmelo Hayes on Night 2 of NXT Halloween Havoc is a nightmare that Hayes will never forget for the rest of his life as the WWE NXT Championship will never leave his hands.
Dragunov said, “It is something that doesn’t surprise me too much because you just need to look at our first two performances together, our two big fights we had together, the people were astounded. The entire audience are witnesses to moments they probably won’t forget for the rest of their life, so he’s obviously an amazing talent, but again I replied [about] this on social media, it’s going to be a nightmare he won’t forget for the rest of his life. So, we can fight again, but this championship is never gonna leave my hands.”
