HOOK Segment Announced For This Week’s AEW Dynamite (8/14/2024)

HOOK will be appearing on this week’s AEW Dynamite.

Ahead of Wednesday night’s show from Norfolk, VA., the company confirmed a new segment involving “The Cold-Hearted Handsome Devil.”

“We’ll hear from Cold-Hearted Handsome Devil HOOK,” read the announcement posted on AEW’s X account on Tuesday. “What will HOOK have to say after making his return to #AEW Dynamite last week? Find out TOMORROW NIGHT at 8pmET/7pmCT when Dynamite is LIVE on TBS!”

Also scheduled for the August 14 episode of the weekly two-hour AEW on TBS prime time program are the following matches and segments:

* A film by Mariah May
* Kazuchika Okada and Claudio Castagnoli come face-to-face
* Swerve Strickland vs. Wheeler Yuta
* Hangman Page vs. Jay Lethal
* HOOK to appear
* TBS Championship: Mercedes Mone (c) vs. Hikaru Shida
* Winner enters Casino Gauntlet first at AEW All In: Orange Cassidy vs. Roderick Strong vs. Kyle O’Reilly
* AEW Tag Team Championship: Young Bucks (Matthew & Nicholas Jackson) (c) vs. The Acclaimed (Max Caster & Anthony Bowens)
