As PWMania.com previously reported, TNA Wrestling star Rich Swann was arrested on June 8 in Altamonte Springs, Florida after he tried to forcefully enter one of the homes in his neighborhood and follow a woman to her door later in the night. Swann was later picked up by police, who smelled alcohol on his breath and they even revealed Swann acknowledged drinking “a lot.” He was arrested and charged with a misdemeanor offense.
PWInsider.com reports that Swann was not present at his recent hearing and was instead represented by his attorney. Court records show that Swann’s next hearing will take place on Wednesday, September 4, which will be regarding the status of his case as well as his plea.
