Hall Of Famer Criticizes AEW’s MJF & Hangman Page, Suggests WWE Move

During the March 12, 2025, edition of AEW Dynamite, a backstage segment between MJF and “Hangman” Adam Page furthered their ongoing feud.

Following the segment, WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray took to Twitter/X to share his thoughts, making a bold prediction about both stars’ futures:

“Really enjoyed the backstage [segment] w/ MJF and Hangman. Can’t wait till, one day, both of them go to WWE, learn the correct way and become stars.”

While speaking on Busted Open Radio, Bully Ray also weighed in on MJF and Page’s match at AEW Revolution, offering his perspective on their performance and potential.

“I will not be speaking about Hangman Page and MJF. I love MJF to death. I am a big Max fan, both personally and professionally… But I refuse to review a match… in which a Tombstone Piledriver on the top of a chair is used in a match, only for the guy who took the move to get back in the ring and win the match. To me, it is completely uncalled for and it does not fly with me… It goes against everything I believe in in professional wrestling.”

Bully Ray’s comments have sparked debate among wrestling fans, with some agreeing that MJF and Hangman Page could thrive in WWE, while others believe they are already established stars in AEW.

With both men being top talents in AEW, time will tell whether they remain with the company or eventually make the jump to WWE.
