Realidad San Luis reports that Universal Lucha Libre founder Gran Hamada passed away at 74. However, the cause of death was not revealed.
Hamada was a lucha pioneer and a journeyman during his career. He has worked for various promotions, including WWF, ECW, UWF, NJPW, AJPW, Michinoku Pro, and more. Hanada officially retired from pro wrestling in 2018.
