The massive main card includes twelve matches, culminating with the GCW World Championship main event, in which Champion Mance Warner takes on the winner of the Effy vs. Allie Katch match.

Pre-Show –
* Six Man Scramble Match: 1 Called Manders wins Scramble Match defeating Marcus Mathers, Blake Christian, Rich Swann, Fuego Del Sol, & Mr Danger. Manders pinned Mathers after hitting a Lariat.
* Kickoff Rumble Match: PCO wins the Rumble.
After the match, PCO smashes his TNA Championship.
Main Card –
* GCW Extreme Title & Vacant GCW Ultraviolent Title DLC Match: Matt Tremont was the last one standing, defeating John Wayne Murdoch, Dr. Redacted, Maki Itoh (c), Matthew Justice, Brandon Kirk, Drew Parker, and Rina Yamashita to become the undisputed champion.
* GCW World Title # 1 Contender’s Match: Effy defeats Allie Katch via referree stoppage due to injury.
Mance Warner attacks Effy after the match.
* Six Man Tag Team Match: The New York OG’s (Amazing Red, Homicide, & Grim Reefer) defeated Real F’n Pros (Griffin McCoy, Kerry Morton, & Tony Deppen) with assistance from Ricky Morton. Homicide pinned Deppen.
Amazing Red gets inducted into the 2025 Independent Wrestling Hall of Fame following the match.
* GCW Tag Team Title Match: Gahbage Daddies (Alec Price & Cole Radrick) defeated Violence Is Forever (Dominic Garrini & Kevin Ku) (c) with their finisher on Ku to become the new champions.
* Steel Cage Match: Charles Mason defeats Richard Holliday by referree stoppage.
* Sidney Akeem defeats El Hijo del Vikingo with his Final Act to remain undefeated.
* Six-Man Tag Match: Gringo Loco, Jack Cartwheel, & Arez defeated Little Guido, Super Crazy, & Tajiri. Loco pinned Guido to pick up the victory for his team.
* Bloodsport Match: Josh Barnett defeats Tom Pestock by submission.
* Megan Bayne defeats Atticus Cogar with a Tombstone Pile Driver for the pinfall.
During the match, Otis Cogar came down to assist Atticus; however, Sawyer Wreck came down to even things up and assist Bayne in picking up the win.
* Joey Janela defeats Masato Tanaka with a piledriver on a steel chair to pick up the pinfall.
After the match, Janela grabbed a mic to acknowledge Tanaka. Sabu appeared, and Janela told the crowd that Sabu would have his retirement match at Joey Janela’s Spring Break event in April.
* Matt Cardona defeats Tommy Invincible with Radio Silence for pinfall.
Cardona grabbed a mic and demanded more competition.
* Matt Cardona defeats Micro Man.
* Jimmy Lloyd defeats Matt Cardona with a Piledriver to pick up the pinfall.
* GCW World Championship Match: Effy defeats Mance Warner (c) with Radio Silence to become the new champion.
