The legendary Korakuen Hall in Tokyo will be the venue for the ninth night of All Japan Pro-Wrestling’s Champion Carnival 2023. The winner of the Block A will be determined at this event and go on to face Block B winner Shotaro Ashino on May 7th in the Champion Carnival 2023 Finals. The Champion Carnival 2023 winner will get a shot at current AJPW Triple Crown Champion Yuji Nagata.
There is currently a three way tie for first place in Block A as Kento Miyahara, T-Hawk and Ryuki Honda all have 8 points. One of these three will be moving forward to face Shotaro Ashino on May 7th.
Kento Miyahara and T-Hawk will be facing each other on May 4th in a must win match for each competitor.
Jun Saito can play the role of spoiler as he faces Ryuki Honda on Night 9 of the Champion Carnival 2023.
The AJPW Triple Crown Champion Yuji Nagata will be in action as he teams with potential Champion Carnival 2023 winner Shotaro Ashino as they face Minoru Suzuki and Hokuto Omori.

The Jr. TAG BATTLE OF GLORY 2023 Championship Match will also take place as the team of Atsuki Aoyagi and Rising Hayato take on Kaito Ishida and Kotaro Suzuki.
