All Japan Pro-Wrestling will present night 8 of the Champion Carnival tournament on April 30th at the Edion Arena Osaka 2nd Stadium in Osaka, Japan.
This will be the last night for B Block action. We will have a B Block winner advancing to the May 7th Champion Carnival 2023 final match at the end of the April 30th show.
As it stands right now, there is a 4 way tie for first place between Suwama, Shuji Ishikawa, Shotaro Ashino & Rei Saito as each has 8 pts. One of those four will be moving on to May 7th to represent the B Block in the finals on May 7th.
Suwama, who will be facing Rei Saito, may have to watch his back as Pro Wrestling NOAH’s Kenoh could be looking for revenge. Suwama appeared at NOAH’s Star Navigation 2023 event on April 29th and attacked Kenoh. Kenoh stated that there will be payback and it could very well happen at night 8 of the AJPW Champion Carnival 2023 tournament.
