Former WWE Star Teases In-Ring Return After 9-Year Hiatus

A former WWE star has hinted at a return to the ring after years of inactivity.

That star is Ezekiel Jackson, who signed with WWE in 2007 and later worked for FCW under the name Rycklon. In 2008, he was called up for the ECW brand as Brian Kendrick’s bodyguard. He was the final man to win the ECW Championship in WWE and later joined The Corre, a rebranded version of The Nexus.

Jackson won an Intercontinental Championship before retiring in 2014. He also had short stints in TNA and Lucha Underground. He started a wrestling school called Bryckhouse Pro Wrestling.

As shown below, a photo of Jackson still looking jacked circulated. A fan commented on the photo, saying Jackson could still move in the ring, and another fan said to prove it. Jackson saw the comment and replied, “Soon.”

As of this writing, it is unclear when it will occur or who will be targeted. His last match was in October 2015, when he defeated a six-man tag team.
