NJPW star EVIL, who teamed up with SHO and Sumie Sakai to take on Hiromu Takahashi, Yuka Sakazaki, and Mayu Iwatani in 6-Person Mixed Tag Team action at their Battle in the Valley event, which was Sakai’s retirement match, spoke with the company shortly following the show on a number of topics including how he is not going back to Japan.
EVIL said, “Those damn punks are full of themselves! Listen up — I’m not going back to Japan. GOODBYE NEW JAPAN – Don’t forget it!”
There is no word yet on what will result from this, but we will provide updates once they become available.
