This year, several fans have reacted negatively to AEW, as the company’s ratings, attendance, and overall interest have all decreased.

However, AEW provides a necessary alternative to WWE in the wrestling industry for performers, staff, and fans. The promotion began in 2019 as a result of fan frustration with the WWE product, which only improved until Triple H took over main roster creative in 2022.

Dustin Rhodes wishes for unity among the fans. Rhodes is still going strong in AEW after arriving in 2019 as a player and coach for the promotion.

Rhodes addressed negative supporters on X, stating, “Here’s a thought…….Just enjoy Wrestling. Please stop the constant attacking and vitriol towards us. We have the most passionate wrestlers in the world. We do this for you. #IAmWithAEW.”
