“The Scottish Warrior” won’t be on the final WWE Monday Night Raw show before “The Biggest Party of the Summer.”
Longtime Wrestling Observer Newsletter editor Dave Meltzer noted on the latest episode of Wrestling Observer Radio at F4WOnline.com that Drew McIntyre will be missing this coming Monday night’s WWE SummerSlam 2023 “go-home” episode of WWE Monday Night Raw.
McIntyre, who is scheduled to challenge GUNTHER for the WWE Intercontinental Championship at WWE SummerSlam 2023 next weekend at Ford Field in Detroit, MI., will be missing Monday’s show at the Toyota Center in Houston, TX. because he will be off filming a movie.
The movie that the former WWE Champion is filming is dubbed “The Killer’s Game,” and co-stars hip-hop legend and actor Ice Cube, as well as WWE legend Dave Bautista.
