Dana White has ruled out Brock Lesnar and Ronda Rousey coming back to the UFC for a return MMA fight at the big UFC 300 pay-per-view coming up in 2024.
The UFC President was once again asked about the rumors of “The Beast Incarnate” and/or “Rowdy” Ronda making a return to the combat sports world next year for the big milestone event during a recent interview with Sports Illustrated.
Featured below are some of the highlights from the interview where he touches on this topic.
On the possibility of either returning at UFC 300: “I get why everybody asks. I love that everybody loves them like that, and with so much passion. I do, too. But they’re definitely not coming back for UFC 300. I’m focused on Madison Square Garden. But no, they’re not coming back.”
On Rousey: “I absolutely love Ronda Rousey. She’s one of the greatest athletes I’ve ever worked with. She’s a pioneer, an inspirational figure for women, and an all-around badass for UFC.”
On Lesnar: “I always had an incredible working relationship with Brock Lesnar. It’s funny to say this because he’s such a grouchy dude, but I consider Brock Lesnar a friend.”
