Undisputed WWE Champion “The American Nightmare” Cody Rhodes appeared on the Flagrant podcast to talk about a number of topics, including the private meeting he had with former WWE Chairman Vince McMahon prior to his return to the company in 2022.
Rhodes said, “Really old school. Scribbled on a piece of paper the amount of money the contract would be for and just slid it across, which was unnecessary.”
On the deal he was offered:
“I can’t tell you exactly how much it was. I can tell you it was 15 times more than what I had been making in WWE in the first run.”
