Chem Valley Wresting held it’s “Eight Crazy Fights” event in Sarnia, Ontario at the River City Vineyard in front of a pumped up capacity crowd.
PWMania was in attendance for this show that saw numerous stars from IMPACT wrestling featured on the card. Moose, Bhupinder Gujjar (Current Chem Valley Wrestling Champion), Gisele Shaw (Current Chem Valley Women’s Champion) and Cody Deaner were all on the show.
Many of the matches were Christmas themed encounters.
The show opener saw Brian White defend his Chem Valley Wrestling Great Lakes Title against Rip Impact in a “What’s in the Stocking” match. Numerous stockings were placed around the ring that contained objects each wrestler could use to their advantage. Both White and Impact had an incredible opening match that had the fans chanting “This is Awesome”. Brian White retained his title in this match, much to the delight of the fans.
Another crowd pleaser was the 6 Way Contract on a Candy Cane Match where the winner gets a shot at any CVW title at anytime they choose. It was Chilly Brown, Cici Galavis, Electric Ely, Dan “Reverso” Pizzano, Mick Mcguire and Bryce Hansen all competing for a contract that was placed high on a giant plastic candy cane. Cici Galavis, the only female in the match, was simply fantastic at generating heat as she went at it verbally with members of the crowd which resulted in heavy jeering for her. Dan “Reverso” Pizzano was one of the standouts in this match. His move set and intensity were terrific as he proved that he is currently one of the best on the indy pro wrestling scene in Ontario. Pizzano was victorious in the match and can now cash in for any Chem Valley Wrestling Title at anytime.
The Chem Valley Wrestling Women’s Title was on the line as the champion Gisele Shaw defended her belt against Nikita. Nikita was making her Chem Valley Wrestling debut. Nikita proved she has great potential but on this night the intensity and experience of Gisele Shaw was just too much for her. Gisele Shaw successfully defended her title against Nikita.
The main event saw the current Chem Valley Wrestling Champion Bhupinder Gujjar defend his title against Moose. Quite simply, Gujjar and Moose tore the house down. The crowd was electric for this one. Gujjar successfully defended the title against Moose with the help of Gujjar’s manager Vikram Prashar. Deaner came out and attacked Gujjar and then fed Prashar to Moose who hit a massive spear on him to send the crowd home happy.
