With a shift away from the Divas era and a greater focus on the women’s division in the ring over the past ten or so years, WWE’s women’s roster is better than it has ever been. In the 1990s and early 2000s, several women helped pave the way for today’s roster.
On the most recent “Hall of Fame” podcast, Booker T was asked what his female Mount Rushmore would be.
“It’s going to be Sherri Martel, Trish Stratus, Sable, and Lita.”
On if he would referee a match in NXT:
“I’m not looking to do any reffing or anything like that. I’m good just sitting at the table. If I was offered the spot to do something like that, I probably would do it just because, you know, I’m a team player. I’m still in good enough shape to actually do it. So if the opportunity came, I would actually do it, but I’m not looking to scratch that itch, you know, or anything like that.”
