As PWMania.com previously reported, Tegan Nox (Nixon Newell) was released from the WWE last month. It was then announced that Nox will be making an appearance at an ATTACK! show, only to be revealed that due to circumstances beyond their control, she will no longer be appearing at the show.
According to Fightful Select, a number of talents on the UK independent scene were disappointed with Nox being pulled from the show.
WWE and ATTACK! had been in discussions throughout the entire process and had been working closely to make the appearance happen.
Officials from ATTACK! praised WWE for having the talks, but they were gutted with the end result and when asked if a non-compete clause prevented the appearance from happening, it was said that a myriad of issues appeared to have caused her removal from the show.
Nox is expected to appear for ATTACK! at some point in the future, but the company is currently looking for her replacement for their upcoming show.
