PWInsider.com reports that WWE is in discussions to bring in former Royal Rumble winners for special cameo appearances at the company’s upcoming 2025 Royal Rumble PLE. These names include WWE Hall of Famers “The Nature Boy” Ric Flair and “Hacksaw” Jim Duggan.
Duggan, who won the first-ever Royal Rumble match back in 1988, and Flair, who won what many consider to be the most star-studded Royal Rumble match of all time back in 1992, aren’t expected to compete at this year’s PLE.
WWE Royal Rumble 2025 will take place on Saturday, February 1st, at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana.
