As PWMania.com previously reported, Roderick Strong made his debut with the AEW on this week’s edition of AEW Dynamite.
When Strong debuted with AEW, he was still listed on WWE.com’s official roster page.
According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com, Strong’s WWE contract ended in November of last year. As WWE does not announce NXT departures and it was not a release but a contract expiration, it went unnoticed.
His AEW debut was timed to coincide with Adam Cole’s return and locally in Florida (where Strong resides) to avoid Strong being seen traveling.
