As PWMania.com previously reported, NJPW’s broadcast contract with AXS TV ended at midnight on Tuesday, December 31, 2024. The Japanese pro wrestling promotion opted not to renew, and there will be no additional episodes of NJPW on the network.
AXS TV issued a statement to confirm the news, which you can check out below:
“We will not be airing New Japan Pro Wrestling for the foreseeable future. Our agreement expired at the end of 2024. And we do not comment on the state of current or future agreements.”
